1. What we guarantee

Automatic key delivery within seconds of payment approval.

The software works for the period you bought (1 day, 7 days, 30 days and so on), following the provider official status.

24/7 technical support on Discord for the whole license period.

A receipt is issued automatically for every order.

2. What we do NOT guarantee

In-game bans, anti-cheat detection, HWID bans or losing your game account. Using cheats is always at your own risk.

Compatibility with hardware or software that does not meet the published requirements.

Working right after a game update that temporarily breaks the cheat. The fix comes from the provider on their own schedule.

Use on more than one PC (strict HWID lock — one license, one machine).

3. Replacement policy

Free replacement applies when: the key was not delivered within 48h, the key is proven invalid with no possible swap, or we made an operational mistake (wrong product or wrong plan).

No replacement when: the cheat was detected or banned during use, the publisher banned your account, you broke the provider terms, or you reinstalled or changed hardware without telling us first.

4. Support during your license

Our official Discord is available 24/7 for the whole license period. The team answers within minutes.

5. Live status

Check each product current status on the Status page. If a cheat is marked as unavailable or under maintenance, that downtime does NOT count against your license — we extend it automatically.
