Do I need to buy this?
Only if you have already used the free reset on your key. Every CROOKED ARMS product includes one free reset per key — so the first time you change PC or reinstall Windows, you pay nothing. This product is the additional reset, for when that one is spent. If you are not sure whether you have used yours, ask support before buying.
When will I need a reset?
When your licence is stuck on old hardware: a new PC, a major component swap or a Windows reinstall. The reset unbinds the key so you can activate it again on the new machine. It applies only to CROOKED ARMS products — if your licence is from another developer, talk to support and we will guide you.
Do I get updates when the game patches?

How does the PC binding work?
Your license binds to your hardware (HWID) automatically on first activation, for full security. If you switch PCs or reinstall Windows, just ask support for a free reset — done in minutes.
